Doubt as to what issue? The is so ambiguous that it could be a statement about any subject.

If doubt and belief are both removed, it will ALL be the same.
But if just doubt is removed, then people who were paranoid will become much more aggressive. People who were skeptical will become raving fanatics. There would be no need for a legal system, rioting would rage in the streets and politicians would all be lynched.
Is it possible for doubt to be removed? I doubt it.
