That seems a bit wrong, unless 56 is young to you.
Otherwise, fantasizing about others is quite normal.
Your wife is probably mentally making out her to-do list for next day anyway while you're thinking about that 56 year-old so whatever works for you both I guess.

your not making love to your wife if thinking of another then are you,,,,having sex and thinking of another is normal but making love should be about the one you love,not some woman from a club you frequent,,,it may be time to spice it up a bit dont you think?

yes at the end of the day if you are having to think of other woman you need to tell her and talk to her most woman like to here what you would like to do to spice up your love life but if you like someone who you know then i think your relationship is over if i had to think of someone else i would rather go and be with someone else and end it
