Oh my God..you were doing 13 miles below the speed ? ..Maybe you were going too slow..and you got a ticket for that . ha ha
I doubt that you can beat the ticket though,I am sure they have their own rules there and make them up as they go along. ha ha
Why don't you just leave the country and forget about the stupid traffic tickets?

Check with the court to see if the ticket was even turned in. If it was, you should be able to see a magistrate or other representative of the court. Ask to see the ticket as it was turned into the court to make sure it matches your copy. If there have been no changes, point out that there is no "arresting" officer indicated. Plead innocent if the court representative does not dismiss the ticket. A court date will be set, giving you an opportunity to have a judge consider the validity of the ticket. Good luck.

You can argue the ticket at court and may get off because the police prosecutor will not be able to identify the officer in charge. A good defense solicitor will argue that the infringement may have be handed out by anyone and therefore the officers evidence and honestly is in question.

Only if you pay it. You have to contest it on some term. When you send it in they have no idea who the officer is and when they go to verify then they don't know who it was. Except, some have control numbers and the name of the officer.
So if they can't find him they can't say you are wrong and you are good to go. Otherwise it's still a ticket and you must pay.

hey no man! go into that courthouse and tell everybody that works there that they all need to pull their heads out. it's okay, they depend on people like you to point out their faults. i bet they even thank you.
but before you leave, make sure you go find the judge's chambers and go on in. it's okay, they have an open-door policy in guam.
and just give that judge a piece of your mind, tell him he's crazy if he thinks you have to pay this ticket. it's okay, it takes a lot to anger a judge.
i bet he even buys you lunch!

You might have to go to court, but if he did not signed it, it means that he did not approved the offense. The case might get thrown out by the judge. I had something a bit similar and thats what the judge did.

Depending on the state you live in and got the ticket it. Usually NOT1 I got mine thrown out cause they got my birth date wrong, they had everything but the day correct. Then I got one thrown out cause they spelled my name wrong.

Yes, it is. And if you don't think so, miss the court date and wait for the warrant.
