Bush didnt lobby for torture. Let me tell u something when one desires to extract information from a person torture does not work. its a deep psychologic process that enables one to find out what they want to know. Torture is used by people who do not know anyother way. there are specific methods to extract answers through deep indirect methods.
america is not genociding anyone, i dont see your connection.
