High protien lean meats like chicken, turkey, an lean beef. Avoid sugars and refined carbs as these have tons of empty calories and just makes you hungrier.

I used to eat cottage cheese (use yogurt if that grosses you out) and grapes. Grapes acted like a diuretic and I would add equal-I used 5 or 6-and added vanilla/cinnamon/cocoa powder to it. I noticed raisins gave me gas unlike grapes which still have the water in them, and the skins of them still have the fiber, just as the raisins do. That way the dairy won't bind you up, but you still get the filling benefits. Dairy/calcium is proven to help lose weight because it fills you up. Also, cottage cheese has a lot of protein, and not as many carbs as yogurt! It's really good and you can get creative with the different kinds of extracts and fruits.

Proteins are very filling, but u really need carb to fill u up as well if you wanna beat hunger for any lenght of time, a grilled lean steak with baked yam and salad will fill you up for hours and wont make you fat, just dont put any butter or dressing on them
If you want somethign simple, try cereals, check the ingredients on the side, dont eat any that are pure sugar
But raisan bran with low skim milk is great for filling u up, try that with a big handfull of almonds, your getting good carbs plus protein, works for me every time
Oh another great filler without fat and too many carbs? baked beans on toast, use wholemeal bread and dont put any butter on the toast, yummy, filling and very healthy

eat a grapefruit before each meal, the acidic value is supposed to eat the fatty foods you eat.
Drink a bunch of water before you eat to fill you up.
I know you said don't say salad...but come on...there are SO MANY ways to prepare a salad that can fill you up and also be yummy!
On the other hand, you can eat celery sticks, which actually make you loose weight. They are filled with water and the act of "chewing" the celery burns calories.

Meat is more filling than carbs. That's why arguably Atkins may be worthwhile. Personally I can eat loads and loads of pasta but sometimes eating a little bit of meat and no carbs is enough.
