Just grab its udders and squeeze and tug or if that don't work, try using threats like "you give me your juice or I'll find the tree you came from and burn it to the ground with all your apple bretheren!"

Remove apple skin, cut into pieces, put into the grinder, add some sugar to taste, add little milk, again grind all the mixture.
put some ice & serve cool
