Not all of them do. Some of them do cartwheels everywhere, some somersault and a few even roller skate.
Even the ones that walk don't do it everywhere. When was the last time that you saw a Jewish woman walk on Uranus?

As a Jewish man - I know that isn't true - my Jewish lady friend takes the T everyday - my mother and sister own and drive cars. I haven't a clue what the heck your talking about.
