All the time. Judgement and critical thinking are necessary to discern fact from fiction. We cannot exist as reasoning animals without judging. I judge things, and I expect to be judged.

At the same time, I understand that my need to judge does not and should not extend to IMPOSING judgement. I am free and justified in what I believe or say, but I have no justification for forcing another person to obey my judgement.

Well...
I looked out the window and I judged I did not need a raincoat
My ride was late so I judged that he was late
My neighbor lied to me so I judged him as a liar in that instance
As I was riding to work a car ran a stop sign so I judged her quilt of breaking the law
As I reviewed a paper at work I found three errors so I judged it as needing to be redone.

If we are honest we make lots of value judgments everyday BUT
I try and only judge the action not the person. People have taken "Judge not" WAY out of context!

We live in a time of judgment. We judge if things are right or wrong in our opinion. We try and sell our judgment on other people. It doesn't mean it's right or wrong it's just the way things are today. Thinking it really has been that way since the beginning of time. Everyone everyday has to make a judgment call. Right or wrong the call has to be made.

Judge lest yea be judged. I think as Christians we need to "judge" other Christians actions... not to be judgmental, but to point out areas of sin or leading to potential sin... iron sharpens iron.
