set a tape recorder out when the room is quiet and still.
around 3 am is when my dead people come around. they get really loud and i have to tell them to be quiet so i can sleep.
i've gotten all kinds of conversations on my tape recordeer. sometimes it's hard to tell what they are saying (but i'm legally blind, so it's easier for me to hear than for most people).

yes, very much so. you should call the catholic priest to perform an exorcism, or better still record evidence of the ghost and sell it to a tv network
