The source of the Mekong River originates in the eastern edge of Tibet, after running a narrow valley, it then reaches the Yung-Nan province of China, then on through the border of Laos PDR and Thailand, and then into Cambodia, and breaking into plural flows that form the vast Mekong Delta in Viet Nam, and finally runs into the South China Sea.
Whew!!!
Therefore the duck could have floated from many places and countries! LOL.
