It should be something very thoughtful, something for her, not just for a girl. You are a couple and you have dated, so you should already know her. Think of something she really likes to do - for example if she really likes to play golf - there are chocolate golf sets - a miniature chocolate club with a chocolate tee and chocolate golf ball. Or if she really likes to ride a bicycle - there are these adorable well-crafted miniature bicycles. Such a thoughtful gift plus a romantic dinner surprise should work mirracles :)

U could take her for a long drive and then give her a candle-light diner and suprise her by giving a small diamond ring in the end !!
If this seems too expensive ,
