The total kWh of my villa is found to be approximately 1200 kWh.
how can i size the panels and the total numbers required....

A very rough formula:
One square foot produces about 5 Watt
....Oh, since you use the word "villa".....
One square meter produces about 45 Watt

Wow! A normal average household in Europe is about 10kW.
What are you doing? Lighting the skies? Football ground stadium?
Bon. Seriously.
A standard panel (1200cm x 60) is about 85W and costs about 500 Euros. You just need 14000 of them if you need that power ALL the time. I do not know either if you can find converters for that power (the biggest I had was 3kW.)
I would suggest you set-up your own manufacturing plant, or review seriously your appliances...
