I have a slim upper body but my lower buttom is fat, that is unproportioned. I do ride the bike for around an hour a day and walk for another hour and I do take care of what I eat. Is there anything else which help to make me lose my fat on my hips and tighs faster?

walk, run, you could buy some videos that target your legs and thighs.
