How I lost 5 kilograms (2,5 pounds) in 4 weeks simply by altering my diet?
No exercise neccesary, but is recommended as well.

you have been found worthy to know the truth. Though the truth is painful.
Eat cooked porridge for breakfast, fruit as a snack at 11; for lunch eat cooked food (healthy, no spices, fat or deep frying), 3 o clock have some joyhurt as a snack and for supper have pasta with vegetables in.
Avoid all fast foods, deep fried stuff, and especially bread, etc.
It is difficult, but it works. good luck.
