Is it true that God forces all the sufferings of life on people, despite their "free will", yet won't force happiness on them?

Ah, the old "problem of evil" or "problem of pain." Does the creator of everything include "created pain, suffering, and distress" on his resume? -- somehow I doubt it. And if he's god, then why doesn't he put an end to these outrages?

The best answer the apologists can come up with is "god's mysterious will." Bah!

No, the free will (as religious people like to call it) of people makes ourselves and a lot of the rest of the world suffer. Suffering is not spiritual, it is experiencing pain in some way. Pain is not for humans alone, many more animal-like creatures have pain just like us. The difference between the suffering of humans and other animals is that we lay the suffering upon ourselves and others, while there is no reason to do that at all.

I do not know your age. But, I will speculate you are very young and had certain things ingrained into you that are not necessarily factual.
When politics and religion are intertwined, psychologically they both indirectly to directly teach people to fear the wrath of God.
'IN GOD WE TRUST', is labeled on money (this is the faith we are to believe in). Who is controlling the money?
Once upon a time, I too, believed their was a God. But, as time progressed, I realized the old folks are right. History does repeat itself. Those who had written the Bible are storytellers. Yes, over the centuries, the Bible have been tampered with (rewritten for dictatorship purposes).

Seems like a stupid idea about God doesn't it Sarah. Seems like this idea of God must have a sadistic side if all he wants to do is make people unhappy.

I sure glad that the real God is not this silly. She only wants us to be happy. Yet She wants us to figure it out our own way, so she lets us take our time and learn what happy means to each and every one of us.

properly, that relies upon on which god/goddess you're praying to now does not it? each faith has a minimum of one in each of its own, many times greater. then you certainly've have been given the hardship-loose prepare of a few religions for having a buyer god/goddess over their specific area besides because of the fact the better pantheon of their selection. it could get notably complicated. Then upload on the undeniable fact that practitioners of each would be happy to argue till blue in the face, if no longer outright attack you, in case you do no longer trust their specific selection. anybody seems to be worshiping the only actual god/goddess, and anybody else is incorrect. (may well be ironic if the actual god/goddess is the buyer spirit of a small village in needed u.s. does not it?) each has their very own specific version of ways they are worshiped besides. it may well be fairly elementary to make an without end damning pretend pas by making use of making use of the incorrect image or making the incorrect offering. So, we are caught with a concern the place the two there's a conflict in the heavens between 1000's (if no longer 1000's) of skill actual gods, a concern the place there is entirely a imprecise understanding that there are larger powers and human beings have made up memories approximately them to make themselves experience greater delicate, or there's a extensive component of the planet dropping their time on imaginary buddies. no person has the answer to that, and anybody claiming in any different case is mendacity. opt to play it secure? it is wintry climate. pass dig on your closet and pull out an old coat you haven't any longer worn in years, dig out that blanket that basically isn't the main suitable coloration on your living room, and make some sandwiches. pass out into the streets and hit upon a homeless individual (there are various) and provide it to them. basically provide it to them. do no longer carry forth to them, do no longer call for they make any differences or do any strikes, basically provide it to them with a grin and walk away. regardless of the great solutions finally end up being, I assure you have a minimum of made somebody happy by making use of doing that. If anybody did it as a substitute of bickering among themselves for a 2nd? properly, i think of the worldwide basically might take one step in direction of being an stronger place for all human beings.
