I am used to eating peanut butter on wheat toast in morning and eating cereal a few times a day when I am hungry. Also mid/day snacks besides cheese. Meals I am ok with but the quick grab stuff when I need a quick something, that is where I am having trouble. Any help would be much appreciated.

almonds would be a good choice

I eat a lot of nuts. Cashews in particular.

Celery and cream cheese is pretty good. Sugar free jello.
