its been said that the good count and good quality of sperms helps in developing a healthy baby , whats the good quantity actually means .

What does your doctor say? I have always heard that Tom Cruise could not have children and now he has one of his own. For many years, I heard that he did not have a good sperm count. I know that probably now they have new treatments, and Tom got his sperm count up. You should discuss this with your doctor, but I should imagine it just gives you a better chance to get pregnant. A sperm is a sperm to me, so if it makes it to the egg, it becomes a baby.

Aloe vera, pumpkin seeds, zinc, and folic acid. Take all of these thing and they help produce healty sperm. We are currently doing IVF and this has been recommended by our doc. Good quality sperm means they are active and not lazy little buggers.

Eat healthy, NEVER drink or smoke, get lots of rest, and DON'T wear tighty whities or tight pants or shorts. Keep the balls COOL and open and relaxed.
