It ultimately depends on your hair type, though for me, if I brush it 100 times and then flip it over and brush it another 100 times, it moves the natural oils from the roots and spreads it evenly through to the tips. Also for different people different minerals and vitamins work, you should as a nutritionist... Keep your hair trimmed regularly, as it helps with split ends...

It's not dying cos it is already dead. Losing hair could be because of alot of reasons. Go see a specialist or a trichologist.( hair specialist)

regular oiling ur hair
n keeping them clean
use a good shampoo n conditioner
eat right kind of food
avoid synthetic food n preservatives
eat lots of friuts wt veggies
avoid going in sun try covering ur hairs

hi! apply conditioner and hot oil two times a month. have it trimmed once a month to prevent split ends.
