It is like when u do something wrong or u know something may be wrong ppl get tensed right?but me i get very worried.my heartbeat goes up,i start to shout at ppl,i cant eat properly,i cant concentrate on other things properly,sometimes my hands and legs start to shiver and feel weak.this happens when i think something is wrong or something is going to go wrong.even if others comfort me saying there is nothing to worry,this is not a big deal,iam not able to come out of tensed state of mind till i know that everything is fine for sure.even a small thing which i think might go wrong worries me a lot.like last weak i had a rash on my skin .i started to think it was skin cancer till i went to the docotr who told me it is jus a allergy.till i heard that word from the dr i was tensed dint eat was angry at small things.my husband kept telling the same thing "may be it is jus an allergic reaction dont worry"but my mind dint take .is this normal how to over come this?plshelp thank you

even if i ry to think of something else my mind keeps on going with what iam tensed and thinking abt then.pls i need help.i know i need to reduce my tension,i know it will affect my health,but how do i do it?

i think tension is a big enemy of your abilities. it is not right to get tension on any think that goes rong. just think that "why that happens?" definently you will get one answer that you make a mistake thats why that goes wrong. you can't do any think that is goen wrong.
but the think that u can do to protect your self in feature. taking tension is not the solotion of your problem. just admire your mistake and make a firm belive on your self that what happen will not happen again.think that your effort was their but that thing was required more and you will do it next time

I get the same way when I worry, though not as extreme. And it's definitely not good for you - not eating right, always feeling on edge, racing heartbeat, I'm sure it very harmful to your body.
The main thing to do is put it in perspective. Don't let the thoughts get out of control. Focus on what you know, the facts, and better ways to deal with it. Try to not think of all the 'What ifs" because it will just make you crazy.
Also, find a comforting person to talk to, beause it really does help.

The mind is insentient, it is not self activated.Innate feelings activates it.The mind is connected with gross body, where as feeling is linked with subtle body i.e. electric body.This feeling after having been established in the brain, activates and control the mind.No provision exists in medical science for the purification of the feelings.Meditation is the only solution to change the feelings.See feelings disappear and positive and constructive feelings operate. Consider side effect of your such feelings to eliminate it.

As you have described your state, it looks like you have problems with your thyroid gland: hypo or hyper function of the glande. You should do a hormone test. People are not realising that hormones are guiding their lifes. You can read about this on the internet like I did. It's very useful.

prepare your mindset in a positive way. Always take the happenings as it is then you wont be get tensed.

I like to try meditation but if that doesn't work I just masturbate. Well ok, even if it does work I masturbate.
