I can only assume you're thinking that there is a hidden meaning. Call me a pervert but the only other thing that I can decipher from this sentence, is sexual in nature. Depending on who the nurse is talking to (IE, male or female), it could mean different things. Than again, it may mean the same thing if you're going to include homo sexuality. If the nurse is insinuating some thing sexual, I can only assume that she's saying.... well.... I don't really have to tell you this, do I?! Let me just say; ones bed is usually where sexual activities, take place.
If that's not the answer you were looking for, than I don't know what else it could be. However, if you know what it is, be sure to enlighten me, because I don't have a clue, beyond what I've been speculating here.
Of course, there's always the simple explanation: it means exactly what it says!

Nurses and doctors don't go to school for nothing. They know what they are talking about,so get a big glass of water or juice and relax in bed with a good movie or a good book.

Maybe suffering from dehydration, and need to build your fluid levels back up, but it's kinda vague for have no clue what put you in the bed in the first place
