I understood from one of my friends in US that , in many colleges during spring brake there will be parties in the nignt where students involve in s-e-x- openly and many times thay don't worry being filimed also . Well , i don't believe it . Any one in US having spring brake experience tell me is it true ?

Your friend elaborated a bit about what happens during spring break. A lot of kids go to Mexico or Florida for the week, where they drink a lot and party a lot! Sure, many of them go down there to have sex with as many people as they can, but I'm sure that they're not all out in the streets doing each other.
As for the filming, you're probably talking about the Girls Gone Wild videos. When there's tons of free alcohol and girls, you're bound to find many who are willing to do "things" that they would never consider doing if they were sober.
Bottom line... spring break is a time for college students to let it all hang out with no regrets.

those cases are extreme and rare. most people dont do much except go back home and get drunk. while others go to cancun or places like that and party. the videos you are talking about are fake for the most part.
