Well, I've never heard of the those two words, used together. I suppose the first thing to do, would be to understand the words individually. Morals are basic principles of right and wrong. Worth is, of course, indicative of value. So, I suppose it means the value of your morals or principles.

Not kicking some one, when they are down, would be moral. Fighting temptation when it is bad for your self and/or others, would be moral. I suppose the more morals you possess, or the more moral you are, would mean the more "moral worth" you have.

If this is indeed the definition of "moral worth", than yes; I do have moral worth. I think I am a very moral person and have much worth, in this respect. I take much pride in this, as a matter of fact. I hope that answered your question.

I don't think that I have one, or for better, I don't even know what is it.
My advise is to ask one of the priests of the catholic church (specially them who have been accused for sexual abuse of minors. many have been revealed lately) They'll know for sure.
