there is concrete that shines through. it is made by schott in germany. its hard to get cost estimates.... although it should become more widespread over time

structurally, it has diminished capability... its best for aesthetics...

sorry to break your heart, but there is no such thing as transparant concreate. Transparancy is a property, which is hard to acheive in any material. The ones already there were observed in Nature, even glass.

However, if your are looking for a building material which is strong yet transparent, there are different qualities of high strength glass, which you may use. However, these are very expensive, and to get a quoate, you may have to visit a glass manufacturer or seller near your place.

Transparent concrete is readily available, depending on your imagination. The cost? Daydreaming has historically been free.

there is something new i read about nicknamed 'frozen air'. I am not even sure if it is available to the public, but apparently it is as lite as air and as strong as steel. I saw pictures though. Good luck. I do not know what the cost would be.
