No, I receive a lot of unsolicited email from Christian Dating services, although it may be better to look for someone closer to home.
Addendum: Provided you are single.

I don't think there is anything wrong with trying to find someone special for your Life. Place some guidelines on how you will meet these people, like never alone always in a public place, don't get in a car with anyone till you know them, talk on line on and the phone and don't be afraid to ask questions of them. as with anything be careful and use good judgement.

Of course it isn't wrong! There are many Christian dating websites where you can meet people just like you - you've just got to go out there and find them.
In today's world there are many blessings for those who will go forth to seek them. I recommend this website which has a lot of thoughful advice and solid information.
Good luck to you!

Why would that be wrong?
That has nothing to do with it.
It's what you do once you find a person as to whether God would approve or not.
I'm pretty sure there is no passage in the Bible about Internet dating.

This......is hilarious!
NO!
How could it be wrong? Just think about that for a second!
If I remember right there are bunches of singles sites for all denominations, even completely different religions. That is, if you're dumb enough to go with any single's site in the first place. I don't want to sound......scornful.....but c'mon.......pathetic! Christian or not.

try www.bigchurch.com I found my wife on there. We are both Christians, looking for the same thing. We've now been married for over a year, have known each other for more then two, and have not even had a fight in all that time.

Hello!! :o) I don't see why not. The 'www' is the 'world wide web'. It's all of us. Which means that there are going to be 'nice people' on the net and 'not-so-nice people' on the net. But regardless of who you are and who you are looking for - it is extremely important to be cautious and careful. Never meet your 'Internet date' at midnight in a park!! Craig!! :o)

no...why would that be wrong? Who is to say this technology had not come about because of gods' will for you to actually connect with someone with the same ideas and beliefs you share.
