So I was curious if there's an online listing of phone numbers for Control Towers throughout the US? I'd like to call one of them and just try my eyes perception on the signal gun lights. I'm hoping I see all the colors as clearly as I should...I think I will, I just want to try this out.

I know about everything about color deficience in trying to get an FAA license, but if you have any reccomendation or suggestions, please let me know.

Note: I've done other tests...I'm thinking this is the only one I have left.

Before you actually go for the SODA, have your flight instructor
make arrangements with the tower (class D airports are best for this) for you to "practice" with the gun signals. Even if you cannot tell red, green or white have them flash the lights and have instructor tell what color it actually is even if YOU see another color remember what it looks like to you . same for the green and white one. Once you have mastered this, make an appointment with the FSDO for the SODA
Worst case scenario, you will not be able to fly at night if you cannot pass the test.

There are 3 colors on a light gun: Red, green & white. Any traffic signal will show you 2 of those 3. Your flight physical includes a color vision test and that will determine your eligibility.

You will need to know the light gun signals like previously mentioned. But you will also need to be able to differentiate between the colored symbols and lines of the airspace boundaries on the aeronautical charts. You need to know if that's class B or C you're flying into, and where class E starts, among other things....
