Simple Example : When someone from Cuba comes ILLEGALLY they can stay and be citizens in two days, but when someone from other country comes illegally they cant. Why is that ?

You may say that because Cuba have a comunism system but damn, same way you tell people to stay and fix their problems in their own country they could do the same.

When someone can break the law and others cant people dont see the law with good eyes and dont respect it, the law must be for everybody. Cubans cant come illegally just like everybody else.

Yes. First of all immigrants contribute to the society and to the economy (they work hard, they need housing, transportation, clothing, food, everything). Immigration, and emigration, should be recognised as a human right. Why does capital and industry have the right to locate wherever they want in the "global economy" but workers and their families are not. Immigration laws are an indication of all that's wrong with the current economic system.
Before the 1990s there was a lot of rhetoric about how the so-called "iron curtain" and the Berlin Wall stopped people from migrating, but now the people migrating from the former Soviet bloc countries are discouraged from moving from where they are by economic restrictions and policing. In the US there is talk of building a Berlin Wall type of structure at the US-Mexico border.

In order that this post not be too long here are quickly some other related points to ponder:
- North America was populated by immigration;
- historically, the so-called Barbarian invasions of Roman Europe was a series of people wanting in and the Romans tried to keep them out by all sorts of ways, including repression and building walls Hadrian's Wall), just like now. It did not work. The Romans eventually had to give in and the way that they did this was to offer Roman citizenship in exchange for fighting their interminable imperial wars. Watch for this, as Europe and North America offer citizenship to would-be immigrants who are willing to fight in the interminable wars that are being set up in Afghanistan and the Middle East.

Yes I think they are stupid. And you're right about the Cubans. Why should they be allowed to stay? There the same as everyone else that crosses illegally. But hold on no there not Because when Mexicans cross the border they just cross a river but when the Cubans and everyone else come into the US they cross a ******* ocean. Now tell me why The American Citizens complain about only THE HISPANIC people they should start complaining about everyone else to.

The Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act (NACARA) signed into law November 19, 1997 provides various immigrant benefits and relief from deportation to certain Central Americans, Cubans and nationals of former Soviet bloc countries. The interim rule published in the Federal Register May 21, 1998 takes effect June 22, 1998, and implements section 202 of NACARA. Section 202 allows eligible Nicaraguans and Cubans to obtain lawful permanent residence (LPR) status—the right to live and work in the United States permanently—without applying for an immigrant visa at a U.S. consular office overseas, and waives many of the usual requirements for this benefit.

You are misinformed.

When Cubans (or anyone) are intercepted at sea they are returned. If they make it to land they can go through the asylum process. This *might* allow them to stay. Same goes for people coming from other backwards countries souch as Venezuela. ;-)

They do NOT become citizens. There is not accelerated path to citizenship.

Cubans don't break the law. :You ignore facts to make your statement. Democrat, are you?

Whats a shame is that people can slink across our border and drop a kid who is automatically a citizen.
