Many people have known to keep growing until their college years (around 22 years old). However, chances are you might have stopped growing, and there isn't much you can do about it unfortunately. Make sure you drink milk and get enough calcium, and maybe you have a small chance be able to grow a little bit going into college years, but most likely not substantially (meaning more than 2 inches).

Actually, a person can keep growing until their early twenties (21 to 25) although sometime not more than a couple of inches. As far as incerasing height, i dont' know if there are any that actually work. Beisides, unless you are planning on being a basketball player, height isn't that important. My first wife was only 4'10" when she died and her height was never an issue.

I could be wrong but I think females are done with height at that age. Larry Bird grew 5 inches when he was 19.

Height is not a problem. It is a genetic factor. Short or Tall should not be a matter..How intelligent are you is the matter.

Beauty and Tall is only for display purposes

Never feel inferior.

I went through a growth spurt at age 22, so yes it is possible. You may be able to find a supplement to help you grow taller, but there's always a risk with that, talk to your doctor and see what he/she suggests.
