Now he is saying that some blod clots are coming out. Is it getting worse ? We will go to the doctor today and get some antibiotics.

Sounds like a urine infection

Well as i said before it still can be a urine infection,but now he has some blood clots coming out to in hes urine it could be std,he really needs to see a Dr quite quick,it doesnt sound that good to me.Email me when youve been.

I'm not familiar with the vernacular, but I presume you mean that urinating is painful.

Unexplainable passing of blood from anywhere is not good. Your friend should go to his local STD (sexually transmitted diseases) clinic or at the very least see his doctor.

Ouchhhh. That sounds like a sexually transmitted infection. A burning sensation when you urinate is a symptom. Make sure he goes to a GUM clinic for a check up. Hopefully it's minor. :)

It sounds serious to me, the doctor is your best bet, he may have an std!!
