Yes, if they are willing to enjoy the party and get out. Keep a big board there reading "No religious talks please".

Oh, no no, when they enter the hall they should not wish each other in a religious way. Just say Good Morning or Good Evening should be allowed. Otherwise they will start quarreling from there itself.

Sure they can and probably do attend many of the same functions. As long as the topic of discussion isn't politics or religion, they should be fine.

It's christian, muslim, atheist, pagan, catholic. There is no such thing as christian-catholic, and I fail to understand why you don't consider catholic christian. You usually use capitals at the beginning of a new sentence. You only need one question mark.

yes we have. i had thrown such parties and my freinds have thrown me parties like these. and trust me, we all get along really well since we are freinds through childhood. so we would not let anything come in our way of freindship.
