Some people aren't very good at social cues, they laugh at the wrong time, enter the conversation w/ out being invited and say things that just don't make sense. This could be a result of social awkwardness or immaturity. Some people just have a nervous laugh and laugh at anything and that can be very annoying. If it bugs you let your know and try to understand where she's coming from.

some people like to laugh at anything (it is normal)
but does she do this with you only or with others too?
i think if she does this only with you so it is a type of not respect.

it means, she doesn't want you to feel bad so even if your jokes aren't that funny, she still laughs.... this is one sign of affection....

Maybe she is your friend and she had a breakup with her boyfriend.Maybe she wants to show that she is happy with you and make her X-boyfriend jealous.
