I am preparing for one of toughest exams in the world. Please tell me how can I keep myself continuously motivated?

I have been a good student till now but I don't want to land up in overconfidence. Besides I am facing so many family problems I tend to move away from studies. I have become pretty rebelious. How can I calm myself and just concentrate on my bull's eye?

Please help. I will be grateful to you. May God Bless You. If you are a Physiatrist please guide me. Please Guide me if you are a profeesional or an experienced person.

The first thing....you shift to a room which should be used exclusively to the purpose of studying.

Make good lighting, smell good, comfortable sitting position, and make sure no one disturbs you.

The walls of the room should be white. Every day night, stick some pamphlets, literatures, news, articles that speak about your aim or study on the walls of your study room. Every morning...i mean early morning...look at those bills on the walls and start your study.

Never be tired of study....whenever you feel tired, never touch the book.

Go to movie.....watch film.....while watching film on the theatre....think of studying .......stand up and walk out to your home to study......

Go to anyplace of your interest...think of study....move from there there at once to your home to study.....

Do not maintain too many friends......

Schedule your study to fit into the time frame.

Best of Luck

The best way is Stop reading text books and start reading general books of your interest. Gain knowledge. Know the world. Text books will make you Idiot.

Marks in exams can just help u for further process like counselling, eligible criteria... Rather, if u know what is this world, u will survive easily. You also said, u have family problems. They will cure if times goes.

Arnold Scheznekar says, "Accept your pain, you will succeed". A small story behind it. If you go for a gym, the first 2days, u will have pain on muscles. Accept the pain. Later few days, you will get a good structure. The pain was due to stiffness of muscules. All the pains teaches you that you are in right path!

Read well.. learn a lot! All the best!

first of all, being a good student, have a nice confident in u that u can come up with ur studies.
if ur exams r far, first try to solve ur family problems. u can speak to ur elders about ur inconvenience in studies due to ur family problems.
if r ur exams r too close, just quit from ur family problems for some days till ur exam gets over.
jus relax ur mind that u can do ur exams well. have a self confident that " i need to read well for my bright future"
if u r distracted more in home. have a combined studies with ur close nice friends who help u concentrate in ur studies.if not have a separate study room for ur studies.
think positive.
i hope u'll definitely read well and do ur exams well. live present. have a great future.
wishing u lot of smiles in ur life.
all the best.

SET A GOAL, KEEP MOVING TOWARDS IT. Once u reach that try to move further. Never have a "ENOUGH" mindset .
