It was always a turn off for me to have any man come on to me with that kind of behavior, most men that stick toungs out and wiggles it, well take it from me there mind is on only one thing, and i would hope that you respect yourself enough to not let him have that one thing. Now if you like this guy then talk to him, maybe date, most men that are like this will also talk about your body constantly, and your a** and etc. Im 32 years old, and havent met a gentleman yet that acted that way. I know that you take that as a hint that he likes you, But take it from me that is a hint that he wants sex with you and nothing more. If he really liked you he would talk to you and say sweet things and ask you on a date.

I view that as disgusting and an immediate turn-off. Ignore him. If he is truly interested in you and not just having sex with you, he'll come around with a more appropriate way of getting your attention.

Usually girls do that to give a guy a hint that she is lusty for him & likes him (hitting on him), but now guys do the same to girls. It's o.k. & i like it. It's a turn on !!!

if he does it in public then you just should not know him.
however if its in private then i suggest you will enjoy what he is suggesting
