It is 100 milligrams (dosage) of trazodone hydrochloride (other names are Alti-Trazadone, Apo-Trazadone, Desyrel, Desyrel Dividose, and Nu-Trazadone. It is an anti-depressant, "an ampehetamine-like CNS stimulant." It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin.

It's an antidepressant. One of the side effects was extreme drowsiness, so it is more commonly used as a sleep aid.

I took it for a couple years. It helped me get to sleep, but I woke up drowsy and hung over in the morning, so be warned.
