hmm special power of attorneys?

hm okay well my parent is in the military;
and we moved from japan to washington.
i am wondering is there any way that i could go back to japan and finish my schooling there?

I guess the first question is: Were you attending a Japanese school, or an american school? Are you an adult or a minor.

If you are an adult, then you can do what you want. Simply get a passport (if you don't already have one), and a student visa to Japan and off you go.

If you are a minor, I doubt that the government would even allow you to travel overseas like that without a guardian of some sort, and who or where would you stay while you are in Japan?
