the frosted strawberry ones cause ive been eating them alot and was wondering if they were really bad for you.

the brand i have (generic, yeah i'm cheap oh well) has:
Total Fat: 5g
-staurated fat:1.5g
-Trans fat: 1g
-monostaurated fat:2g
(actually this is wrong, it's a total of 4.5g, but the box says 5 lol)
Cholesterol:0
Sodium:170mg
Total Carbohydrates:36g
Sugars:19g
Protein:2g
Yes, they're bad. The serving suggestion size is one pop tart (half of one pack)
You could switch to something like NutraGrain bars, they're healthier, and they have strawberry:)
Just read the nutrition facts on the side of the box, look out for things ending in -ose, such as fructose, dextrose; as these things are just sugar with a fancy name:)
on a scale of 1-10, i'd give it an 8.

ANY thing prefabricated in the food industry is loaded with chemicals & scarey things we can't pronounce! If you MUST have a strawberry something, try making toast and using some homemade jam or cream cheese with fresh strawberries stirred in! Aaaaaah homemade is the way to go, easy to make & cost efficient for tightwads like me ! !

I once bought a package of them and they were full of ants...even in the sealed part. I have never eaten any since.

look at the fat grams. depends on if they are low-fat or high fat no but processed food is good for you.
