The Romanian Embassy in your country is the best resource to begin with. It will take a while, they still have that old Soviet mentality. It would help to line up job prospects first, and you will need to establish that you can support yourself.

Here is my opinion,You need to contact the Romanian Embassy in India and ask about the Visa option they have.Then you know what is next? Suppose you marry the Romanian what benefit will you get and work from there.Ask all the questions that you need before leaving India and look for Student visa also.You need plan A ,Plan B as well as Plan C. The Embassy in India can help you and check their website and find out about history and info from books. Meanwhile,ask the question again on Yahoo Answer and you may not know Romanian people might answer the question and exchange e-mail with you so you know more and feel better before you leave India.For the business the embassy will be able to tell you the laws and guild line how to do.You can start your website and sell product through E-bay for now.Good luck.
