The different orders ex the Franciscans the Dominicans the Jesuits etc have different spiritualities but all share the same catholic faith, these orders exist because God made us all different and there are different ways of expessing our one faith in him.

This does not constitute divisions but diversity.

Each Apostle taught people about Jesus in his own unique way but all were true to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

In the same way the over one billion Catholics worship God and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ according to their cultural traditions.

God grants everyone different gifts and talents and does not want all of us to be identical twins.

Different religious orders stress different gifts and ministries. Some people are called to be Jesuits and others Franciscans.

This is diversity not division. This is the spice of religious life.

With love in Christ.
