First, let me apologise for the few not so nice things I have done. I cannot excuse myself, but MAYBE I can use the experience to help others here. So, what would you like to know?

The last van we bought, my wife made it clear that we would not trade if we had to roll over anything on are car, the saleman told us that the payoff was what the trade in value. We were there at 8:00 am and it was 12:00 before they had the paper work was done. We didn't look at the contract hardly at all. My wife had to get back to work and I had to get back to hosipal to the icu my father was dying. We trusted them because we have done business with them for years.Afther we look at the contract about 2 weeks later, I almost died. They only gave us half what they said. We would of bought the van without trading in the car. Now we owe twice what the van is worth now. Kia will not do anything and the dealer just laugh. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Why can't the auto industry sell cars like the way everything else is sold? The public HATES having to haggle with a bunch of perfumed guys in Fendi suits and cheap wristwatches. This isn't Morocco, people want an up-front price and don't want to get screwed simply because the salesman thinks he can get a bigger profit margin from a percieved "sucker".
Why do you guys even exist?
