Why do you automatically think that God gave it to us? Some of the things we wreak our selves. And some of the things we wreak unfortunately drag others with it. He gave us free will. He doesn't want anyone by his side who does not want to be there. We call to much. We make the mess and expect him to clean it up. I was suicidal. He sent help and i didn't even ask for it. When i think back at the reasons i wanted to kill my self seems so stupid now. I still get depressed but there is nothing and no one that will make me look at suicide as an option again. Some people think that the world revolves around them. Maybe what one person is going thru at the moment is going to help someone else in the long run. But that is just my opinion.

God works in peoples lives in ways that we cannot comprehend why. The course of God's divine plan is different for everyone. Just because someone is in a mental facility or decides to take their life does not neccasarily mean GOD gave them to much to handle. In fact I believe that what you are speaking of that god never gives us more than we can handle can be better understood like this. God is not asking that much from us, For us to know he is the 1 true God and to love one another. I dont think that is to much to handle do you? Us as people are the ones who is giving ourselves more than we can handle not God.

Hi Kurley,
Many people in mental hospitals are not aware of the existance of God...
God, despite there lack of knowledge concerning His existance, does care deeply about them.
They just have no knowledge of the Lord's love for them and so they have nothing to live for, no hope for the future.

Just because we "can" handle something doesn't mean that we all choose to handle it.
So God provided everything that exists, but he doesn't care? You are alive today because He cares for you. We each have this opportunity of life in this world because He cares for us.
In the name of Jesus Christ, may God bless you.

you mention God in your question and do not want any bible/qoran quotes. I think it is irrational.
First of all you must accept that God created us and God is capable of doing everything whatever he wants in this universe. You can not expect God to be what you want him to be. You can love God, you can hate God, but you can not judge God.

in my opinion, GOD give trials and burdens to test our faith in him and he doesn't give more than what we can handle. in every trial there is a solution, we just have to hold on to him and have faith. am not saying that you just have to sit and let him do the work..coz nothing will happen..
sadly these persons in mental hospitals and those who committed suicide (god bless their souls) didn't hold on to their faith firmly.
humans are the doers of their fate.. GOD guides us on what we do and gives us choices..but at the end of the day it is still our decision..
what happens to us is not GOD's fault, he gave us the power to think and make decisions..
