You can never go wrong with an egg. Add the egg about half a minute before you want to turn off the stove, if you want a soft boiled egg. I usually keep the yolk intact, so that I can enjoy the soup without the yolk, until I feel like eating the egg.

I would prefer intact yolks, but you can experiment with yolk in the soup while you are cooking the noodles, the yolk will harden though.

Good for curry, spicy tom-yam, chicken flavoured soup.

Sesame seed oil is also a good idea for milder flavours, if it is not already included.

i stop eating instant noodles since i am 4yrs old.

Have a very bad experience with it. I remember so clearly!!!

i was having fever at that time, vomiting and stomach upset.
my mum cook instant noodles (with soup) and add a egg and some vegetables.

when i took the first spoonful, i threw up . the egg my mum added turn bad and has this very weird and funny smell and taste.

yucks! my mum never makes me eat instant noodles since then and i have a phobia for it.

One thing that is very good with instant noodles is when they are cooked in chicken broth. Add some diced chicken breast and vegetables to make a hearty meal. One thing that is very good with this is Chef Paul Prudhomme's Meat Magic to spice it up. Rice noodles hold the flavors best.

Boil the water, put in the noodles. Stir occasionally so they don't stick, watch so all the water doesn't boil away, let them cook, and when completely cooked, strain and run warm water over the noodles, or they will become sticky. Yum Yum
