There are a few others available, most of them are pay sites, or books you have to buy, or in conjunction with a college level class.

I would highly recommend taking a class on peoplesoft at your local community college or business college. You will probably learn more, faster, and retain it better, than trying to study on your own. I am a great believer in self-learning, but some things it just works better all the way around to take a class, and this is one of those.
