dear shalini, i am from vijaywada.. i love paper sweets...
you know, it is tough for us to prepare, experts are needede..
anyways i will tell you the procedure...
you need to soak rice for 3 days continuously, and then make powder of it..
add water, dip a thin muslin cloth in to that and place it over a heated pot, there would be a layer sticked to the pot and remove the cloth you will get a paper over the pot, collect them.
later take two or three papers place one over the other,
add ghee, sugar powder and fold it like a hand kerchief and let no sugar leak out...
eat and enjoy....
the best way it, buy the papers and do the next.
