NOW GET UP AND DO ABDOMEN EXERCISE, THE LIQUID IN YOU SYSTEM WILL REMOVE MORE THAN ONE KG. FOR DINNER HAVE A BLAND CARROT JUICE OR SOUP WITHOUT SUGAR/SALT AND GO TO BED. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. This will work, it's not safe though and diffinetely not good for your body:

1.) To loose 2kg in 12 hours your best bet is to do the laxitive thing and get rid as much water from your body as you can. Because the weight you loose anyway will only be water weight. I don't do the Metric System but all I can tell you is that I took a laxitive 1 days prior to a weigh in and passed it because I got rid of all the excess water and crap in my stomach.

Be cautious though not to over do it, you can dehydrate yourself and that's not a good thing, especially for your heart.

Jog for about 2 hours of that time. It is possible. It's all about endurance. Make yourself run at a good pace, stop for water and small breaks, and then continue. At a brisk pace, you'll burn about 3500 calories per hour which is equal to 1 pound per hour (not sure what the equivalent is to kilograms.) Hope that's helpful anyway!

Pop a couple of laxatives with a mothful of water and stop all food & drink intake immediately....
Go for an intensive running for 0.5 hours under the hot sun after u take the laxatives.... Maybe more effective if u add on a sauna after ur running.
Then take a shower & go to bed...
Wake up to a lighter you and flatter tummy...
Try it!

12 hours? Is this planning ahead or what? The only way to do this is with a water pill such as Lasix.

hi dear,
if u cut off all of ur hair you can reduce some 0.5 kg(11.5 kg left), then u can go to WC and do ur best, say -1kg(10.5kg left), ups we're in trouble, let's go for ur, wait if u're RH choose ur left side and if u're LH opposite, so take ur left hand and cut it off from the shoulder, -3kg(7.5kg left), oh oh, u'll got to take ur right hand too, so -3kg(4.5kg left), damn u'll got to take some left leg's piece, so cut it off from the knee and u'll finally achieved the desired results althoug another safer way is to take ur body to the moon, and because of the moon's gravity u'll feel lighther although with the same mass (it does'n change even in Pluto - not a planet anylonger) but it`ll take u more than 12 hour , cheers and hope that goes

take a diuretic drink a lot of water,then exercise very much and walk some too. You can also use girdles and things to hide some pounds in a short amount of time.

Drink lemon juice, orange juice, apple juice continuosly. Eat no food at all for the coming 12 hours.
