I got it with an appetizer at Black Angus. It was delicious. I know, I should have asked them how they made it, but it was busy that evening so I didn't.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 cup mayonnaise
OR reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
OR lemon yogurt
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley -- if desired
1/4 teaspoon salt -- if desired
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and yogurt; mix well. Stir in remaining in
gredients. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors.

makes About 1 1/2 cups

You are thinking of Tzitziki Sauce! It's made from Shredded Cucumber, Fresh Dill, Lemon Juice, Plain Yoghurt and S&P. It's great, traditional Greek condiment.

I use a couple cucumbers, peeled. 1/4 c onion, a little lemon juice, a couple tablespoons of light sour cr. salt, pepper, garlic and dill. I put this in food processor and it is great!
