I have found that secret shopping is a great way to make money and get out of the house. You can do it with your children, and you are helping to make shopping a more enjoyable experience for everyone. I use the site, www.beyondhello.com. From there you can meet people who will let you know about other companies that they shop for. I really have enjoyed doing this. It pays well and during some shops you are reimbursed for things you needed anyway. Good luck!

I do it with Mary Kay. I actually start 5 months before i got pregnant with my second child simply for the discount I didn't really think I would sell it however I found I really liked it. I hold more facial which are one or two people coming to my home to try the products as appose to the classes. I love the friendships I have made and how I can control how much money I make. I typically would hole one to two appointments a week play dates with other moms and when the baby stated getting older I started holding classes once a week so I could get out:) Now that she is two I am in process of earning my first free car.

Last year I was selling my photography through our local artisans consignment shop. Do you have one in your area. Our is for any crafty person. Whatever your art you bring it in and sell it. The store keeps 20% for letting you sell through them. But I volunteer at the store to keep that amount down. I can take my kids when I work at the store so it works out great. I also started my own home business as a healthy eating/time management consultant for busy moms. I'm still in the process of working up my client base. I know that some moms hit yard sales and then sell the items on ebay. I, personally, have not had a lot of luck selling on ebay so for me it isn't worth it. But it does work okay for some people.

What are you good at? Do you have a knowledge base that could benefit other people? Think about your strengths and work from there.

I actually started a home daycare. I had to get state certified, and can only have 4 kids in my care at a time since I have no other employees. But for each kid I can bring in up to 180 a week...you have report the money for taxes, but I make more than my husband right now. lol This way I can stay home with my kids, and still bring in an income.

This isn't much but it is something! Last month I cleared $13.75 and it took me about 20 minutes. If I had clicked more offers then I would have gotten more. I set up an email on yahoo just for this purpose cause of the spam mail. You don't have to read the email that is sent to you. Some offers cost you but most are free and I do all the free ones. As others have said, try ebay. You can so what they call dropshipping where you sell the items on ebay, but the company or warehouse actually ship them to the customer instead of you. Nothing to wrap, store, ship, etc.

Ebay

Never sign up with any company for dropshipping..only sell what you have in hand.
