alright means OK, like when you fall, someone might ask are you alright?
All right means everyone or everything is correct or right, when you take a test you might get them all right.

every time and everytime are the same except for the space between the two words.

ALRIGHT and ALL RIGHT are jus different spellings of the same thing.
EVERYTIME is not a word.
