you know what i noticed while answering questions here? that everytime someone is dissing up christianity , nobody cares..all the atheists come out,,, but when some one says something bad about islam, everybody and i MEAN EVERYBODY just freaks out and calls the person a racist and respect others..!!! hallo! look what they did to america and look no furthur, the future is on its way! im not say saying diss up islam or anything but are you scared to write your opinions or something?

Oh, I'm sure that there is some fear involved. But when you are a non muslim, you have a habit of thinking that any Muslim could be that terrorist that happens to be close by.
so hey! Don't blame us, we are just reacting to your bretherens murdering tendencies. ALL muslims are peaceful until they want to saw you head off while taping it in front of a video camera.

First, let me state that I am a Christian.
Now, having stated that lets look at the history of what people have done "In the name of Religion". Let's start in the year 1096. This is when the Pope decided it would be a "good idea" for the Catholic Church to "take back" the "Holy Land for God". Wow... I didn't know the Pope was in a position to speak for God... AMAZING!
So, a great number of men, some with their families left Europe and headed for the Middle East. At this point you have to ask yourself a question. Was anybody in the Middle East bothering anyone in Europe? ? ? NO!
In spite of this fact, for the next ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE YEARS (just 40 years less than the United States has been a Soviergn Nation) Europe attacked an unprovoked Middle East.
If YOU do not think that there are people in the Middle East STILL FIGHTING THAT WAR, THEN YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND!!! It's called "ORAL TRADITION"!!! They have been telling the stories of the Crusade Wars to their children for HUNDREDS OF YEARS!!! In antiquity the Arab States were some of the most educated people in the World. Their work in science, mathematics and astrology has helped shape the world you live in. The numerical characters on your money are in ARABIC!!!
Now to the present day. Did you know that Muslims, Christians and Jew live in relative PEACE in Jerusalem? Why? Because they don't want to bother anybody. There are plenty of Christians throughout the Middle East and Northern Africa. Why have they lived in relative peace for hundreds of years until just recently. Because the Christians in those areas AREN'T BOTHERING ANYBODY!!!
Only the CHRISTIANS IN EUROPE AND AMERICA BOTHER OTHER PEOPLE and NATIONS.

Everywhere So called European Christians have gone WORLDWIDE they have brought war, despair, sorrow and DEATH all supposedly "in the Name of God. That's okay though, God has something for people like that.

God hath not given us a spirit again to fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.
I don't fear anyone. I approach all non-believers in Christ with compassion to teach the humbleness of Christ. Atheist, muslim, agnostic, whatever. I respect them all because God is no respecter of persons.
My witness may save a soul. If I offend, I may become a stumbling block to one who may some day believe. Every witnessing result is not immediate. As the apostle Paul said, "I have planted, Apollos hath watered, God will bring the increase."
What I say today to a non-believer may plant a seed of faith to be watered and bought to fruition even decades later. Likewise, if I misrepresent Christ with hatred or unkindness, I may make fallow ground that some other Christian may approach later to plant a seed of faith.
Proverbs says, soft words turn away wrath. Christians need to show the love of Christ always.

I am not afraid of anyone. However I ususally give people a chance to present them selves and their personality. If I like that then its all good.
There is always going to be a few bad apples. Let me tell yuou about my heritage. I am from Ireland and I have had prejudices, when I move to Australia. People would bluntly ask me if I was part of the IRA or knew anyone from that group. Truth is I am an ordinary run of the mill irish girl who lives in Australia.
So my point is tere is always going to be bad apples here and there but generally people are just judged on what they are "associated with"

This is a very exagratted statement which really has no solid foundation whatsoever. Please have respect to all religions. First of all, Islam is a religion of peace, mercy, science, and art... look back into your history books to know what Islam has contributed to society from teaching people ettiquet, arabic numberals, algebra, medicine, and art...you should be thankful to Islam for what it did to society, rather than disrespecting it!
Secondly, noone freaks out if he or she offer a view on islam...this is a free and respectable forum where all users can express their opinion with respect. However, when their expressions and opinons becomes disrespectful to other, based on stereotypes and ignorance, then yes the regular user might argue back at this non sense. I know what you mean.... People are very politically correct when speaking about Islam. I think we should feel free to say what we think about both Christianity and Islam, without being 'mean' about it or racist.
But we also have to be careful not to generalise. I mean, when you say 'look what THEY did to america' - well that was an extremist group of Muslims. There are plenty Muslims who would never in a million years kill somebody. They don't like to be considered as part of the same group as the 9/11 bombers - so you have to be careful not to think they're all like that.

I say what I mean. I don't care who I offend. But then I live in the Great Northwest. You know woods and lots of animals. On a sad note one of my friends just died from accident where he hit a bear. See roods aren't even safe here.

First of all...I hope you realize that it wasn't every single Muslim that planned the attack on the US. I think that people just have to be careful when wording thier opinons. If you are Christian and a group of christians bombed a buiding would you be mad if now ALL christians were terrorists? Think about what you are saying before you say it.
