it has an anti-theft system instaled but i dont know if that means there should be a keyless entry system also

If it's 1999 or newer, just cycle the key 8 times on and off and on the 8th time leave in the on position.. if the door locks lock and unlock, then you have it, if it doesn't then nope
anti-theft can mean a few things..people call the PATS keys a anti-theft system.... and Ford sells a aftermarket auto alarm that sometimes can operate the door locks sometimes can't....
but easy way to find out if it was factory installed was test above...

does it have power locks and windows? if it does you should have keyless entry
If you bought it used, the person trading it in probably didn't turn them in with the car and they never replaced them.
take your vin # model year and make to a ford dealer and ask them to get you one.
you can program it yourself and save some bucks-get in the car lock the doors put the key in the ignition and turn it on and off until the doors open, leaving the key in the on position when this happens (lol...usually takes me a few times of doing it cuz i turn the key off by accident) when the locks cycle press one of the buttons on the key fob.
or you can try this and if the locks cycle then you know it should have one.
i got your email...and tryed to reply...but won't let me. says your email isn't confirmed yet...that can take up to 10 turns of the key only till the lights come on on the dash...do not start...if it doesn't work that means it does not have remote entry.

if you have a little remote that can unlock your door so that you don't need your keys to get in.
that means you got a keyless entry system installed

Mine came with it, what year is yours? Mine is a 2000.
