I have high bp and sometimes my vision goes wackey and i sometimes go blind for about 10 seconds at a time!
I am on meds for my high bp!

hypertension does not cause your vision to fluctuate. you need to get a carotid work up to rule out a partial occlusion of the carotid artery. hypertension can cause several problems in the eyes, such as retinal hemorrhage (most common visual problems), tortuosity or attenuation of the arterioles and veins, ischemia, glaucoma, etc. i deal with htn all the time.
