Weight is best calculated according to your height. In healthcare a BMI - body-mass index - is used to tell if you are overweight or underweight. There's an automated one here:

It depends on how tall and what your gender is. If your a woman and around 5-4' then you should weigh something around 135-140 but if you are a guy then you should weigh around 145-160. That is usually the normal weight for this age.

Although you want an actual number, I suggest asking your physician or health provider to ask for your healthy weight depending on your body size, BMI, and your height. People come in different sizes and being 5 feet tall compared to 6 feet 3 inches makes a difference, proportionally. Just make sure that your statistics position in a healthy zone.

BMI is what the medical community wants you to believe you should be, but the system is flawed. I'm 5'7" 175lbs and I work out. According to the BMI scale I am over weight even though my body fat is only 9 percent. A better way to measure your self would be to find out how much body fat you are carrying around. If you are male, you want to be around 10-14%. If you are female you want to be around 14-19%. Don't go too low if you are a female, it will bring on a triad of problems.

Age has nothing to do with ideal weight. Your height and structure are the deciding factors

Dear smarty,
the new method of determining ideal weight is the body mass index. It is presumed that ratio of your weight in kg to the square of your height in meters should be 25.
In other words, multiply square of your height in meters to 25 and you get ideal weight.
For example, if your height is 1.5 meter,
then squareof height=1.5x1.5= 2.25
therefore ideal weight= 25x2.25 = 56.25 kg
God bless.

It depends on your height and your body frame type... it differs from person to person, noone has the exact same body and everyone's ideal weight is based on other factors.
